Harrison Neill-Morabito B.A. (Hons), M.I.P.P., J.D.
Litigation Associate
Harrison is an associate at Gilbertson Davis LLP. in the firm’s civil litigation group. His growing practice encompasses a broad range of litigation matters including business and insurance disputes, real estate, and cross-border litigation. Before this, and after his Call to the Ontario Bar in 2022, Harrison worked at a litigation boutique in downtown Toronto, gaining practical experience in commercial and insurance litigation, construction, and product liability.
Harrison earned his J.D. from Western University, where he was the head of Western’s Pro Bono Students Canada chapter. In this capacity, overseeing the creation and implementation of numerous legal projects benefiting local organizations and small businesses in the London, Ontario community. Before attending law school, and after attaining a B.A. (Hons) degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, Harrison earned a Master of International Public Policy degree at the Balsillie School of International Affairs. While pursuing this degree, he worked as a graduate researcher at a global think-tank in Waterloo, Ontario, analyzing the use of financial and mathematical models to enhance Canada’s dedication to foreign investment.
