Tyler O’Henly, B.Sc., J.D.
Litigation Associate
Tyler is an Associate with Gilbertson Davis. He is passionate about helping his clients navigate difficult and complicated legal issues to achieve successful outcomes for themselves or their businesses. He has experience in several areas of law including contract, securities, insurance, corporate, commercial and real estate disputes.
While he was in law school, Tyler managed Western’s Sport Solution Clinic and appeared in several administrative proceedings on behalf of Canada’s high-performance athletes. Since his call to the bar in 2022, Tyler has contributed to the Ontario Bar Association as both an author and speaker.
